Do you know companies that do the right thing?

I received my order yesterday only to discover that after opting for the 2nd day UPS delivery, you had noted that since I was a two-day delivery normally, you did not charge me for the 2nd day delivery. How exciting to find a company out there that is so honest and knowled...geable about shipping that they would do that!! Thank you!!!

Happy Customer

From Beth in Estero, FL.
I wanted to compliment your company on fantastic customer service.
I recently wrote in asking if I could swap some flavors that I did not care for. Marna was nice enough to call me back. And when I returned her call, I spoke with Beth who was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful in dealing with my issue. She was happy to send me replacement packs for the flavor I didn't like as well as telling me to keep the packs and pass them on to someone else, which I gladly did. I also ordered a few bottles of coffee syrup, all of which arrived less than a week from when we spoke. I appreciate the friendliness and the care of your employees. This kind of service is hard to find, therefore I will forever be a customer, not only for the service but the delicious products.

A CUSTOMER STORY ~ PAY IT FORWARD
A true story... an inspiration and an idea for you to try!
This story was submitted by Lori Donelson, owner of Keepsakes in Crown Pt. Indiana,
(and one of our good friends!) Read this and be inspired to do good!

Three years ago...one of my customers purchased a bag of coffee weekly, BUT she did not take the coffee with her. I was to place it in the next customers bag as a way of honoring her Aunt, whom she had lost to Breast Cancer. This began with the Pink Ribbon Coffee that Door County Coffee created!
This customer changed the flavors after awhile, but the concept remained the same. She continued to do this for approximately eight months, until she moved away. One day, the $2.25 sale was paid forward 11 times...they took the bag AND they purchased one as well. That was a special day and I could not wait to tell the young lady how her act of remembrance touched so many hearts especially mine!
Thank You Lori! You remind us that we can all make a difference!
